Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and artwork category (see shipping chart below). Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 5-10 business days within the continental US.

Local Pick-Up Option: For customers in the local Las Vegas area, we offer a convenient local pick-up option at our Opportunity Village Ralph & Betty Engelstad Campus located at 6050 S. Buffalo Dr. Las Vegas, NV 89113 Monday through Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm. Choose "Local Pick-Up" at checkout, and you will receive an email with instructions and available pick-up times. You can also call Opportunity Village Arts Supervisor, Daryll Borges, at 702.880.4013 to schedule a pick up. Please bring your confirmation email or ID when picking up your order.
Special Packaging: Each piece of art is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. For larger or fragile items, we may use special carriers and provide additional protective materials.
