Returns & Refund Policy
Returns and Exchanges: Due to the unique nature of our artwork and in support of our artists, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged during shipping.
Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at artworksstudio@opportunityvillage.org. Please include your order number, photos of the damage, and any other relevant details. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.
